Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of Jarvis AI (the “Service”). Jarvis AI (“we”, “us”) is an independent product based in Australia. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying for your own use.

2. What you are buying, a founding pre-order

Jarvis AI is currently offered as a founding pre-order. Your purchase reserves lifetime founding access to Jarvis AI at the founding price and is delivered when the product launches. Full product access is not available immediately at the time of purchase. You acknowledge and agree that you are pre-ordering access to a product that is delivered at launch.

3. Pricing, taxes, and what “lifetime” means

• The founding offer is $47 USD, one-time, for lifetime founding access.
• An optional add-on, the The Orchestration Blueprint, is $27 USD, one-time.
• At launch, Jarvis is free to start for everyone, with usage running on credits; the general public receives $100 USD in launch credits. Your founding purchase includes $500 launch credits and 20% off credit purchases for the operational lifetime of your founding access. There is no recurring subscription fee for your founding access.
• Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency-conversion fees that apply to you; where required by law, we may collect GST/VAT or similar.
• “Lifetime” means for the operational lifetime of the Jarvis AI product or service. It does not guarantee the Service will be offered indefinitely. Founding access is personal to you and non-transferable.

4. Delivery

Any included bonuses (such as the eBook and mind map) are delivered by email shortly after purchase. Core product access is delivered at launch. Launch timing is an estimate and may change; we will keep founding members informed of any material changes.

5. Refunds and cancellations

We want you to feel safe being early. You may request a full refund:

• within 14 days of your purchase; or
• at any time before the product is delivered at launch.

To request a refund, email support@ownjarvisai.com from the address you used to purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

6. Payment and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first at support@ownjarvisai.com so we can resolve it quickly, we honour our refund policy above. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or for a purchase that has been refunded or delivered as described, may be treated as a wrongful chargeback.

7. Product changes and forward-looking statements

Jarvis AI is under active development. Descriptions of features, capabilities, roadmaps, and timelines are current intentions and may evolve. Your pre-order is for founding access to the Service, not for any specific feature, integration, or outcome.

8. Acceptable use

When the Service is delivered, you agree not to resell, sublicense, share, reverse-engineer, abuse, or use it for unlawful purposes, or in any way that disrupts the Service or infringes the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided as part of the Service are owned by Jarvis AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Bonuses provided to you are for your personal use and may not be redistributed.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and any bonuses are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Jarvis AI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. If we discontinue the Service entirely before delivery, your sole remedy is a refund of amounts paid.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures (including a delayed launch) caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, supplier failures, acts of government, or natural events.

15. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
